Chap. 165.—An ACT to prescribe the times for holding the circuit
courts in the fourteenth judicial circuit.

Approved March 20, 1877.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the circuit
courts of the fourteenth judicial circuit shall hereafter hold
their terias at the times and places hereinafter specified,
to-wit:

County of Craig—Fifth June, fifteenth October.

County of Roanoke—First April, first October.

County of Botetourt—Fifteenth April, twenty-second Oc-
tober.

County of Floyd—Third of May, twenty-second of August,
twenty-second November.

County of Montgomery—Tenth May, first December.

County of Giles—Twenty-sixth May, ‘twelfth August,
seventh November.

2. All acts or parts of acts inconsistent with the provisions
of this act are hereby repealed.

3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
