Chap. 153.—An ACT to amend and re-enact section 2 of an act incor-
porating the Rockbridge savings institution.

Approved March 13, 1877.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the second
section of an act entitled an act incorporating the Rock-
bridge savings institution, passed Teceuntier fifteen, eighteen
hundred and sixty-six, be amended and re-enacted so as to
read as follows:

§ 2. The capital stock of said bank shall not be less than
twenty thousand dollars, nor more than two hundred thou-
sand dollars, to be divided into shares of one hundred dollars.
each; and each share-holder shall be entitled to cast one vote
for every share of stock held by him in said bank.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
