Chap. 145.—An ACT to authorize the trustees of the African. Baptist
church, at Blacksburg, to borrow money, &c.

Approved March 13, 1877.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That it shall be
lawful for the trustees of the African Baptist church, at
Blacksburg, to borrow such sum or sums of money as may
be necessary to pay off the indebtedness of said church, and
to execute a deed of trust or mortgage upon the real and per-
sonal property belonging to said church, to secure the pay-
ment of the money ao borrowed.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
