Chap. 130.—An ACT to authorize Henry F. Jones and Thomas New-
man to erect a pier-head on York river, near Skimanon creek, in
York county.

Approved March 8, 1877.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
Henry F. Jones and Thomas Newman be, and they are here-
by authorized and permitted to erect a pier-head, one han-
dred feet long by twenty feet wide, on York river, near
Skimanon creek, in York county, for the purpose of shipping
wood cut from their lands, situated in the said county: pro-
vided said pier-head sha!l not interfere with the navigation
of said river. .

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
