Chap. 125.—An ACT to amend and re-enact the act approved Decem-
ber 19, 1874, entitled an act to amend and re-enact the 16th section
of chapter 134, Acts of 1874, in relation to the times of holding the
circuit courts of the sixteenth judicial circuit.
Approved March 5, 1877.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the act ap-
proved December nineteenth, eighteen hundred and seventy-
four, entitled an act to amend and re-enact the sixteenth sec-
tion of chapter one hundred and thirty-four, Acts of eighteen
hundred and seventy-four, in relation to the times of holding
the circuit courts of the sixteenth judicial circuit, be amended
and re-enacted so as to read as follows:
§ 16. Buchanan—Wednesday after the last Monday in Feb-
ruary, July, and October.
Russell—First Monday in August, November, and March.
Scott—Third Monday in March, August, and November.
Lee—Thursday after fourth Monday in March, August,
and November.
Wise—Second Monday after fourth Monday in March,
August, and November.
Smyth—Third Monday in April, and on the third Monday
in September.
Washington—First Monday in October, January, and May.
2. This act shall be in torce from its passage.
