Chap. 118.—An ACT to relieve Samuel Anderson and others from the
payment of a forfeited recognizance, and award of execution thereon,
»y the circuit court of King William county. ‘
Approved March 6, 1877.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
Samuel Anderson, Tilmen Winston, and R. Milton Taylor be,
and they are hereby relieved from the payment of the sum
of one hundred dollars, the penalty of a forfeited recognizance
and of tho award of execution thereon, rendered against them
in favor of the commonwealth of Virginia, by the circuit
court of the county of King William, at the July term, eigh-
teen hundred and seventy-five, of said court: provided that
the said parties shall pay all costs and fees incurred in the
proceedings to forfeit said recognizance, and in any civil pro-
ceedings auxiliary thereto, in the name of the commonwealth,
against said parties.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
