Chap. 115.—An ACT to amend section 3 of chapter 134 of the Acts of
Assembly of 1874, as amended by an act entitled an act to amend and
re-enact sections 3, 5, and 6 of chapter 134 of Session Acts of 1874,
in regard to the times for holding terms of circuit courts, approved
February 10th, 1875.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That section
three of chapter one hundred and thirty-four of the Acts of
Assembly of eighteen hundred and seventy-four, as amended
by an act entitled an act to amend and re-enact sections three,
five and six, of chapter one hundred and thirty-four of Session
Acts of cighteen hundred and seventy-four, in regard to the
times for holding terms of circuit courts, approved February
tenth, cighteen hundred and seventy-five, be amended and
re-enacted so as to read as follows:
§ 3. In the county of Powhatan—On the fifth day of April
and the fifth day of September.
In the county of Amelia—On the tenth day of April and
the tenth day of September.
In the county of Charlotte—Onsthe twentieth day of April
and twentieth day of September.
In the county of Prince Edward—On the fifth day of May
and the fifth day of October.
In the county of Buckingham—On the twentieth day of
May and the twentieth day of October.
In the county of Cumberland—On the fifth day of June
and the fifth day of November.
In the county of Lunenburg—On the fifteenth day of June
and the fifteenth day of November.
And in the county of Mecklenburg—On the twenty-fifth
day of June and the twenty-fifth day of November.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
