Chap. 101.—An ACT to authorize the Town Council of Fredericksburg
tu levy a tax for the year eighteen hundred and seventy-seven.

Approved February 26, 1877.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the present council of the town of Fredericksburg be, and
they are hereby, authorized to levy the taxes for said town
for the year eighteen hundred and seventy-seven.

2. This act sball be in force from its passage.
