Chap. 94.—An ACT authorizing the Trustees of Magnolia Baptist
Church, in Nansemond County, to Borrow Money.

Approved February 26, 1876.

1. Be in enacted by the general assembly, That the trus-
tees of the Magnolia Baptist church, in the county of Nan-
semond, be and they are hereby authorized to execute one
or more deeds of trust upon the church property, in said
county held by said trustees, for the purpose of raising a
sum of money not to exceed five hundred dollars to be dis-
bursed by said trustees for the benefit of said church; and
the said trustees are hereby authorized, in raising such sum
of money, to pay a rate of interest not exceeding eight per
centum per annuum. ,

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
