Chap. 93.—An ACT to amend an act entitled an act approved February
eighteenth, eighteen hundred and seventy-five, to amend the ninth
section of the act approved March twenty-seventh, eighteen hundred
and seventy-four, entitled an act to prescribe the Times of Holding
the Terms of the Circuit Courts of this Commonwealth, and to repeal
the fifteenth section of the one hundred and fifty-fifth chapter of the
Code of eighteen hundred and seventy-three, which Authorizes the
Judges of said Courts to Fix said Terms.
Approved February 26, 1876.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the act
approved February eighteenth, eighteen hundred and sev-
enty-five, known as an act to amend the ninth section of the
act-approved March twenty-seventh, eighteen hundred and
neventy- four, be amended and re-enacted so as to read as
ollows:
§9. King William—On the first of April and first of Oc-
tober; Gloucester—On the twelfth of April and twelfth of
Octoberg Northumberland—On the twenty-second of April
and twenty-second of October; Lancaster—On the twenty-
fifth of: April and twenty-fifth of October; Essex—On the
first of May and first of November; King & Queen—On the
seventeenth of May and seventeenth of November.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
