Chap. 54.—An ACT to prescribe Times for Holding Terms of Circuit
Courts in the Twelfth and Eighteenth Judicial Circuits.
Approved February 10, 1876.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the circuit
courts of the twelfth and eighteenth judicial circuits shall
hold their terms as hereinafter specified, to-wit:
e In the Twelfth Judicial Circuit.
In the county of Clarke—February eighth, May twen-
tieth, and November fifth.
In the county of Warren—February twenty-second, May
tenth, and October fifteenth.
In the county of Frederick—March fourth, J une fifth, and
November fifteenth.
In the Tighivanth Judicial Circuit.
‘In the county of Shenandoab—December fifth, April first,
and August eighteenth.
In the county of Page—January fifth, April twentieth,
and September tenth.
. In the county of Rockingham—January twentieth, May
twenty-fifth, and October twentieth.
2. This act shall be in force on and after the first day of
March, eighteen hundred and seventy-six, in the counties of
Shenandoah and Page; and on and after the tenth day of
April, eighteen hundred and seventy-six, in the counties of
Rockingham, Frederick, Warren, and Clarke; and all acts
and parts of acts inconsistent with this act are hereby re-
pealed.
