Chap. 34.—An ACT authorizing the Auditor of Public Accounts to
Refund a Fine adjudged against A. T. Mooklar, of King and Queen
county.

Approved February 4, 1876.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the audi-
tor of public accounts be, and he is hereby authorized and
directed to issue his warrant on the treasury in favor of A.
T. Mooklar for the sum of fifty dellars, that being the sum
adjudged against, and paid by him, in the county court of
King and Queen county, for selling certain property as an
auctioneer, without authority of law: provided, that thesaid
sum shall not be refunded: to said Mooklar until the treasurer
of King and Queen county shall have paid said fine into the
treasury of the state. ,

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
