Chap. 206.—An ACT for the Relief of Hansford Anderson.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
Hansford Anderson be and he is hereby relieved from the
payment of a fine of fifty dollars, imposed upon him by the
county court of King William, at its September term, eigh-
teen hundred and seventy-five. But nothing in this act shall
be construed as relieving said Anderson from the payment of
any costs which may have been adjudged against him by said
prosecution; and if said fine has been paid, then the auditor
of public accounts is required to refund the same to said
Anderson. |
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
