Chap. 199.—An ACT for the Relief of John Eadens, of Lee County.
‘Approved March 27, 1876.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That a fine of
thirty dollars, recovered against John EHadens, in the county
court of Lee county, by the commonwealth, on the trial of
an indictment for retailing ardent spirits, be and the same is
hereby remitted and released: provided, that nothing con-
tained in this act shall be so construed as to release the said
FEadens from any costs of said trial.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
