Chap. 179.—An ACT to amend and re-enact an Act approved March
tenth, eighteen hundred and seventy-six, entitled an Act to amend and
re-enact section fourteen of an Act to fix the Terms of the Circuit
Courts. °

Approved March 27, 1876.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the act ap
proved March tenth, eighteen hundred and seventy-six, enti
tled an act to amend and re-enact an act approved twenty
sixth of March, eighteen hundred and seventy-five, entitled
an act to amend and re-enact section fourteen of an act ap-
proved March twenty-seventh, eighteen hundred and seventy-
four, to fix the terms of the circuit courts, be amended and
re-enacted, so as to read as follows:

§ 14. Craig—Fifth of June; fifteenth October.

Roanoke—First April; first October.

Botetourt—Fifteenth April; twenty-second July; twenty-
second October.

Floyd—Third May; twenty-second August; twenty-second
November.

Montgomery—Tenth May; first December.

Gilesa—Twenty-sixth May; twelfth August; seventh No-

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
