Chap. 160.—An ACT to authorize the Publication of Laws in Nelson
and Amherst counties.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the boards
of supervisors of Nelson and Amherst counties be and they
are hereby empowered, by and with the consent and approval
of the county judge, to have published at the expense of the
county from time to time, in any newspaper published in
either of said counties, or in handbill or pamphlet form, such
laws or parts of laws for the information and benefit of the
people as it may be deemed advisable: provided, that in any
fiscal year the expenditures for such purposes shall not ex-
ceed five dollars for each thousand inhabitants.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
