Chap. 134.—An ACT to authorize Joseph C. Boggs, of Accomac
County, to Erect a Wharf on Andua Creek in said County.

Whereas it is represented to the general assembly, That
Joseph C. Boggs, of the county of Accomac, is desirous of
erecting a wharf on his land, lying on Andua creek, in the
county of Accomac; therefore, :
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
it shall be lawful for Joseph C. Boggs to erect a wharf on his
land below low-water mark, on Andua creek, in the county
of Accomac, and that the said Joseph ©. Boggs, his heirs
and assigns, shall have the right to charge and recover such
fees, as a compensation for the use of said wharf, as may
have been agreed upon by and between the parties for the
same or similar use: provided, that such wharf shall not ob-
struct or impair the free navigation of said creek: and pro-
vided also, that this act shall at all times be under the con-
trol of the general assembly, and may be amended or repealed
as they may deem proper.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
