Chap. 119.—An ACT to amend the fifteenth section of the act appréved
March twenty-seventh, eighteen hundred and seventy-four, entitled
an act to prescribe the Times for Holding the Circuit Courts, &c.
Approved March 15, 1876.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the fif-
teenth section of the act of the general assembly, passed
March twenty-seventh, eighteen hundred and seventy-four,
entitled an act to prescribe the times for holding the terms
of the circuit courts of this commonwealth, and ‘to repeal
the fifteenth section of the one hundred and fifty-fifth chap-
ter of the Code of eighteen hundred and seventy-three, which
authorizes the judges of said courts to fix said terms, so as
to read as follows:
§ 15. Wythe—First Monday in March, second Monday in
September, and first Monday in December.
ulaski—Third Monday in March, second Monday in Au-
gust, and the fourth Mon in October.
Grayson—First Monda™ in April, first Monday in July,
and the last Monday in September.
Carroll—Third Monday in April, first Monday in August,
and the last Monday in October.
Bland—Second Monday in May, third Monday in August,
and the fourth Monday after the fourth Monday in October.
Tazewell—Third Monday in May, fourth Monday in Au-
gust, and the second Monday after the fourth Monday in
ctober.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
