Chap. 111.—An ACT to authorize the Manchester Cotton Mills Com-
pany to reduce its Capital Stock.

Approved March 10, 1876.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the Man-
chester cotton mills be and the same is hereby authorized to
reduce its capital stock, by purchase or otherwise: provided,
that the said capital stock shall not be at any time less than
one hundred thousand dollars.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
