with reference to Injunctions.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That section one ene ot

§ 1. An injunction may be granted to enjoin the sale of pro- tnjunctio
perty, exempt in the case of a husband or parent, under chap- toamr &

eighty-three, or to protect any plaintiff in a suit for specific ct Pisin
property, pending either at law or in equity, against injury from sale
from sale, removal or concealment of such property.
