Chap. 75.—An ACT providing for the Abolition of the Office of Super-
intendent of Public Buildings.

Approved February 28, 1874.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the office
of superintendent of public buildings be and the same is
hereby abolished.

2. That the duties heretofore performed by the superin-
tendent of public buildings, shall be hereafter performed by
the register of the land office, under the direction and con-
trol of the governor of the commonwealth.

3. All acts or parts of acts inconsistent with this act, are
hereby repealed.

4. This act shall be in force from its passage.
