Chap. 7.—An ACT to Change the Name of the Augusta County Fair
to the Baldwin Augusta Fair.

Approved January 20, 1874.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the name x
of The Augusta County Fair, incorporated by the act to estab- §
lish and incorporate the same, passed January the fifteenth, 3
eighteen hundred and sixty-seven, shall be and the same is ®
hereby changed t6 the name of the Baldwin Augusta Fair,
and by that name the said corporation shall possess and
enjoy all the rights, privileges and powers conferred, and be *
subject to all the limitations and restrictions imposed thereon o:
by the act aforesaid. .

2. This act shall be in force from its passage. c
