Chap. 66.—An ACT to Prevent Dogs from Running at Large in the
town of Winchester, in Frederick County, Virginia.
Approved February 28, 1874.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the common council of the town of Winchester, in Frederick
‘county, in order to prevent dogs from running at large in the
said town, shall have the power to subject the same to such
taxes, regulations and confiscations as the said council may
think wise and proper.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
