Chap. 41.—An ACT Authorizing the Trustees of the Religious Society
in Frederick County, known as the United Brethren in Christ, to Sell
and Convey Certain Property in Winchester.
Approved February 11, 1874.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the legally constituted trustees of the religious society in
Frederick county, known as the United Brethren in Christ,
or their successors, be and they are hereby authorized and
empowered to sell and convey to the purchaser or purcha-
sers, any interest they may have in such portion or portions
of the lot on Braddock street, in the town of Winchester,
which was conveyed to the trustees of said society by Philip
Hoover and wife, on the fourth day of February, eighteen
hundred and seventy, as the proper authorities of said societ
may deem proper, and as may not be needed for the chure
building and parsonage.
2. This act shall be in foree from its passage.
