Chap. 343.—An ACT to repeal the Act approved March 27, 1874, en-
titled an Act Requiring e County Judges of the Counties of Albe-
-marle, King William, Sussex and Surry to submit the question of
Continuing or Repealing the Fence Law, to the Voters of their Town-
ships in their respective Counties, on Certain Conditions.

Approved April 30, 1874.

(1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the act ap-
proved March twenty-seventh, eighteen bundred and seventy-
four, entitled an act requiring the county judges of the coun-
ties of Albemarle, King William, Sussex and Surry to submit
the question of continuing or repealing the fence law, to the
voters of townships in their respective counties, upon certain
conditions, be and the same is hereby repealed so far as the
counties of Albemarle, King William and Sussex are concerned.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
