Chap. 328.—An ACT to declare the north fork of Clinch River, in the
County of Scott, Navigable for Rafts, Flat Bottom Boats, &c.
Approved April 30, 1874.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the north fork of Clinch river, from the Tennessee line, in
the county of Scott to Berry’s falls of said river in said
county, be and the same is hereby declared a public highway.
2. This act shall be in force from and after the first day of.
September, eighteen hundred and seventy-four.
