Chap. 326.—An ACT to declare Clinch River a Navigable and Public
Highway in the County of Russell.

Approved April 30, 1874.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the Clinch cuneh riv
river, from the Tazewell county line to Scott county line, Seolared’s
within the county of Russell, shall be considered and is hereby highway
declared to be a navigable stream and public highway, and
shall be subject to all the provisions of law in reference to
public roads now in force and applicable thereto.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage. © Commene
