Chap. 316.—JOINT RESOLUTION Declaring the Substitution of the
word “Supervisors” for the word ‘‘Justices’’ in the 7th Section of
50th Chapter of Code of 1878, and other Verbal Changes by the Com-
piler of the Code, to be the true meaning and intent of the Law.

Approved April 30, 1874.

Resolved by the general assembly, That the substitution of c,
the word “supervisors” for the word “justices” in section %
seven, chapter fifty, Code of eighteen hundred and seventy- 50
three, by the compiler of said Code, and other alterations in ;°
said chapter made to conform to the new county system, are
hereby adopted and declared to be the law of this common-
wealth.
