Resolved by the general assembly, That the governor of

deem it necessary to employ for that purpose, to examine and
report upon the condition and management of affairs in the

tsto basement of the capitol; and that they be required to report

to the next general assembly the results of their investiga-
tion, with such recommendations as they may deem proper.
