Chap. 293.—An ACT amending second section of the act incorporatin;
the Bloom Grove Quarrying, Mining and Manufacturing Company
reducing the capital stock of said Company.

Approved April 29, 1874.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, Tha
the second section of an act to incorporate the Blooms Grovs
quarrying, mining and manufacturing company, be amendec
and re-enacted, so as to read as follows: _

Ҥ2. The capital stock of the said company shall not b
less than ten thousand dollars, nor more than one hundre«
thousand dollars, divided into shares of fifty dollars each ;
and the said company shall have the right to purchase and
hold land, not exceeding one thousand acres, in the county
of Prince William.” ,

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
