Chap. 275.—An ACT authorizing the School Boards of Northumber-
land County to apply the Funds derived from the Tax on Dogs.

Approved April 20, 1874.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the school
boards of the county of orthumberland. be and they are
hereby authorized to apply any unexpended balance in the
county treasury, derived from the tax on dogs, to the build-
ing of school-houses 1n the school districts of said county:
provided, that the distribution of said funds shall be among
the several districts according to school population.
2, This act shall be in force from its passage.
