Chap. 22.—An ACT Incorporating The Rich Mg Mat and
Leather Manufacturing Company, in the County of Washington.
Approved February 3, 1874.
1. Beit enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
C. W. Davis, J. O. Shultz, William J: Litteral, R. H. Lipford,
John G. Gobble, Thomas H. Alderson, and such other persons
as may hereafter be associated with them, are hereby incor-
porated and made a body politic and corporate, by the name
and atyle of The Rich Valley Tanning and Leather Manu-
factory, of Washington county, Virginia.
2. The capital of the said company shall not be less than
