<Chap. 208.—An ACT to extend the time for the organization of the
Pittsylvania and Henry Railroad Company, and to extend the time
for the Commencement of said Road.

Approved April 16, 1874.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the time for the organization of the Pittsylvania and Henry
railroad company, incorporated by an act approved March
eighteenth, eighteen hundred and seventy-two, be and the
same is hereby extended for two years from the eighteenth
of March, eighteen hundred and seventy-four; and that the
time for the commencement of said road shall be extended
for two years from the eighteenth of March, eighteen hun-
dred and seventy-four.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
