Chap. 172.—An ACT to Authorize the School Trustees of Stonewall
Township, in the County of Richmond, out of the Dog Tax of 1872,
to Build one or more School Houses in said Township.

Approved April 9, 1874.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That schoo
the school trustees of Stonewall township, in the county of of St
Richmond, be and they are hereby authorized to expend so Richn
much of the funds in the hands of the treasurer of said pena,
county, derived from tax on dogs in said township, in eigh- dog Me
teen hundred and seventy-two, as they may deem necessary house
for building one or more school houses in said township.
