Chap. 168.—An ACT Authorizing the Trustees of the Presbyterian
Church at Culpeper, to Borrow Money and Execute a Mortgage there-

Approved April 9, 1874.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the trus-
tees of the Presbyterian church at Culpeper be and they are
hereby authorized to borrow a sum of money not exceeding
one thousand dollars, and to execute a mortgage therefor,
on their church, parsonage and other property.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
