Chap. 146.—An ACT to declare Staunton River between Certain Points
a Lawful Fence.
Approved April 2, 1874.
1: Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
Staunton river (the dividing line between Bedford and Frank-
lin counties) from Turner’s ford to the Roanoke county line,
be and the same is hereby declared a lawful fence, as to the
proprietors and occupants of land on said river, between
said points.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
