Chap. 139.—An ACT to Extend the Time within which the Township
Collectors of the Counties of Wise and Buchanan may return their
Delinquent Lists for the years 1872 and 1873.

Approved April 2, 1874.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the town- T
ship collectors for the counties of Wise and Buchanan who “
failed in due time to return to the court of the said counties ¥
their delinquent lists for the years eighteen hundred and «
seventy-two and eighteen hundred and seventy-three may, 7
on or before the September term (eighteen hundred and sev-
enty-four) of the said county courts, be permitted to produce
and prove the said lists, and when so produced and proved
to the satisfaction of the said courts, they shall be entitled
to a credit for the same in the same manner as if they had
produced said lists in the time allowed by law.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage. C
