1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the sur:
of fifteen thousand dollars be and the same is hereby appro-
priated, annually, for the period of three years, out of any
money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the
Virginia Agricultural and Mechanical College, to be expended
under the supervision of the board of visitors of said college.
in enlarging the capacity of the college buildings, or in erect-
ing new buildings.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
