Chap. 126.—An ACT to Amend Ist section of an Act approved March
29, 1871, concerning the Town of Columbia, Fluvanna County. |

Approved March 24, 1874.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the first section of an act approved March twenty-ninth,
eighteen hundred and seventy-one, concerning the town of
Columbia, in Fluvanna county, be amended and re-enacted |
so as to read as follows:

“81. The further time of thirty years from the passage of
this act shall be, and is hereby aifowed to the owners of lots.
in the town of Columbia, in Fluvanna county, to build on:
and improve the same, hereby remitting all forfeitures and
penalties, if any have accrued, under the act of assembly
establishing said town, or under any amended act in relation
to the same.”

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
