missioner, and for his Expenses on the Commission to Adjust the
Boundary Line between Virginia and Maryland.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the sum of three thousand three hundred and twenty-nine
dollars and fourteen cents be, and the same is hereby ap-
propriated to the payment of Henry A. Wise for his services
and expenses as a commissioner on the commission hereto-
fore appointed by the governor to adjust the boundary line
between Virginia and Maryland, in full for such services and
expenses; which said sum shall be paid out of any monev
in the treasury not otherwise appropriated upon the passage
of this bill.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
