Chap. 94.—An ACT to repeal the Fence Law in Red Bank Township,
in Halifax County.

Approved February 18, 1875.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the law
passed January twenty-sixth, cighteen hundred and sixty-
six, and known as the fence law, be and the same is hereby
repealed and declared inoperative, so far as it applies to the
district formerly known as Red Bank township, in the county
of Halifax.

2. This act shall be in force from and aftor the first day o!
March, eighteen hundred and seventy-six.
