Chap. 49.—An ACT making ar appropriation for increasing the num-
ber of State Cattle Pens in the City of Richmond.

Approved January 19, 1875.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the weighmaster of the public scales, under the supervision
of the superintendent of public buildings, be authorized and
instructed to increase the number of cattle pens belonging
to the state in the city of Richmond; and for that purpose
the sum of one thousand dollars be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of any money in the treasury not otherwise
appropriated.

2. This act shall be in force fiom its passage.
