Chap. 364.—An ACT to prescribe the Times for the Holding of tk
Terms of the Courts of the Seventeenth Circuit.

Approved March 31, 1875.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That there shali
be held annually, in the seventeenth judicial circuit of this
state, three terms of the circuit court, as follows: In the
county of Accomac on the first Monday in February, June.
and October, respectively; and in the county of Northamp-
ton on the third Monday in February, June, and October.
respectively.

2. All acts and parts of acts inconsistent with this act are
hereby repealed, and this act shall be in force from its pas-
sage.
