Chap. 34.—An ACT for the relief of the Township Collectors of Oaro-
line county.

Approved January 15, 1875.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the auditor of public accounts is hereby authorized and di-
rected to remit the collection of any further interest or
damages imposed upon James M. Dillard, William W. Broad-
dus, and William.O. Doggett, late collectors of Port Royal,
Bowling Green and Reedy Church townships, in Caroline
county, by the county court of said county at its November
term, eighteen hundred and seventy-three, the said Dillard,
Broaddus and Doggett having paid to said auditor. the prin-
cipal amounts and interest thereon at six per centum, and
costs of the respective judgments against them.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
