Trix of N. Quesenberry, for Taxes erroneously assessed for the years
1865, &c.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the auditor of pa ublic accounts be and he is hereby authorized
to refund to Elizabeth R. Quesenberry, administratrix of
Nicholas Quesenberry, deceased, in the county of King
George, the sum of forty-three dollars and eighty-nine cents,
out of any moneys in the treasury not otherwise appropria-
ted, for taxes erroneously and go per'y. assessed against
the real estate, property of said Nicholas Quesenberry, de-
ceased, and. paid for the years eighteen hundred and sixty-
five, eighteen hundred and sixty-six, eighteen hundred and
sixty- -seven, eighteen hundred and sixty-eight, eighteen hun-
dred and sixty- -nine, eighteen hundred aad seventy, and
cighteen hundred an@ seventy-one, by her.
. This act shall be in force from its passage.
