Chap. 332.—An ACT toamend and re-enact the fourteenth section o:
an Act entitled an Act to incorporate The Trustees of Randulpt
Macon College, &¢c., passed February 3rd, 1830, as amended by an
Act entitled an Act to amend the Charter of Randolph Macen Cel-
lege, approved April 9, 1874.

Approved March 31, 1875.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the four-
teenth section of an act entitled an act amending and re-
enacting an act to incorporate the trustees of Randolph
Macon college, ine February tbird, cighteen hundred and
thirty, and ratifying the removal of said college from Boyd-
ton to Ashland, as amended by ‘an act entitled an act te
amend the charter of Randolph Macon College, approved
April ninth, eighteen hundred and seventy- four, be amended
and re-enacted so as to read as follows:

§ 14. That the said board of trustees shall never be less
than twenty-four, nor more than forty-four, one of whom
shall be elected by the board president thereof.

2. This act sha:l be in force from its passage.
