Chap. 329.—An ACT for the Relief of Henry Hughes of the County
of Gloucester.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the audi-
tor of public accounts is authorized and directed to issue his
warrant on the treasury, payable out of any money not oth-
erwise appropriated, in favor of Henry Hughes of the county
of Gloucester, or his legal representative, for the sum of
thirty-one dollars and sixty-two cents, that being tho amount
of rent paid by him on the second day of April, cighteen
hundred and seventy-four, to the commonwealth, for a cer-
tain oyster planting ground, which he has not been put in
possession of.
2. This-act shall be in force from its passage.
