CHAP. 324.—An ACT to provide an Artificial Leg for John M. Davis,
or Commutation therefor.

Approved March 31, 1875.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the auditor
of public accounts be and ‘he is hereby authorized to issue a
warrant on the treasury of the commonwealth, in favor of
John M. Davis, for sixty dollars, hereby allowed as commu-
tation in lieu of an artificial leg; be having received and re-
turned one, in consequence of not being able to use jt.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
