Chap. 32.—An ACT for the relief of John Carr, of Fauquier county.
Approved January 15, 1875.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the auditor
of public accounts be, and he is hereby authorized and
directed to issue his warrant on the treasury, payable out of
any money not otherwise appropriated, in favor of John Carr,
for the sum of forty-two dollars and twelve cents, on account
of land tax improperly and erroneously assessed against him
in the county of Warren, and paid by him for the years
eighteen hundred and sixty-seven, eighteen hundred and
sixty-eight, and eighteen hundred and sixty-pine.
2. This act sball be in force from its passage.
