Chap. 258.—An ACT to amend and re-enact an act approved séven-
teenth of March, 1875, entitled an act to amend and re-enact section
fourteen of an act to fix the Terms of the Circuit Courts.
Approved March 26, 1875.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the act
approved seventeenth of March, eighteen hundred and sev-
enty-five, entitled an act to amend and re-enact section four-
teen of an act*to fix the terms of the circuit courts, be
amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:
§ 1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That section
fourteen of the act approved March twenty-seventh, eigh-
teen bundred and seventy-four, to prescribe the times for
holding the terms of the circuit courts of this commonwealth,
and to repeal the fifteenth section of the one hundred and
fifty-fifth chapter of the Code of eighteen hundred and sev-
enty- -three, be amended and re-enacted so as to read as fol-
ows:
§ 14. Craig—Twenty-first March, twenty-first June, fif-
teenth October.
Roanoke—First April, first July, first October.
Botectourt—Pifteenth April, é¢erth July, twenty-second Oc-
tober
Floyd—Third May, first August, twenty-second Novem-
ber.
Montgomery—Tenth May, twenty-second July, firat De-
cember.
Giles—Twelfth March, twelfth August, seventh November.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
